One of my favorite things about this exciting two weeks of
Olympic competition is the ever-so-present Duchess of Cambridge sightings
around the Olympic Village. Besides the
occasional shift dress, she has been spotted wearing the best in casual chic
attire.
By wearing a simple, well-tailored blazer over a standard
weekend uniform of skinny pants and wedges, the look is transformed into one of
effortless beauty… like you rolled out of bed and popped on the first outfit
you saw. And to give the look some
panache, try adding a colorful scarf to the ensemble.
Just for fun (and a sense of patriotism), stick to a palette
of red, white, and blue. Surprisingly
it’s a color combination that totally works.
The founding fathers were definitely onto something…
